ART WORK— a fee of $75/hr. will be charged for design; $25
for ads not camera ready. Color not available.
FINANCE CHARGE— a 2% charge per month will be made on accounts
in arrears past 30 days.
SUBSCRIPTION RATE— $18 per year; Foreign rates— $35 per
year
ART TIMES reserves the right to approve all advertising
copy.
ART TIMES assumes no responsibility for text, illustration,
error or omission in ads placed by a client or agency beyond the cost
of the space actually occupied by the error.
NEW ACCOUNTS must pay in advance until credit is established.
Electronic Requirements:
Ads should be sent via email as a pdf file (the preferred format). Photographs
(Color and Black & White) need to be scanned in at least 300 dpi. MS Word, InDesign,
and Illustrator files or eps files are also acceptable but must include
all fonts and images. Generally, Jpeg files are of poor quality for print.
Sending a scanned image separately as well as the complete ad will allow
us to adjust the screen if necessary.
