Guidelines for Submitting Opportunity Listings

ART TIMES The last printed issue was Summer 2016: June/ July/ August. We will continue publishing online and updating twice a month. You are welcome
to continue to submit your listings.
Opportunity listings include those submitted by organizations and institutions throughout the U.S. and abroad offering grants, auditions and competitions. Please submit via email to: firstname.lastname@example.org. In order to insure that your calendar listings are included please submit by the 1st or 15th of the month before you want the listing to appear. Updates to the website are done at the beginning and middle of each month — we are aiming to update more frequently.
Generally we are attempting to upload new listings more frequently. If listings are received after the deadline they can be put online for a $20 service fee that includes a hotlink to the designated website.
For Opportunity listings provide only the following necessary information:
1. “Call to” description. Example: Artists, Photographers, Actors, etc.
2. Organization contact info: organization name, mailing address, phone, email, website
3. Opportunity description including event date. What it is and when it is will suffice. Do not give an elaborate description as it will not be included
4. How to submit work: mail, email or website for submission
5. Submission deadline
